An unboxed item is new or like new but may lack original packaging. It could be a display model or open-box return, and is fully functional. All unboxed items are thoroughly inspected to meet our quality standards.
A fragrance tester is a brand-new, unused product with the same scent as the original. It may come in plain packaging without a decorative cap, allowing us to offer it at a lower price.
I did get the shedding phase for a month. That seems to have slowed. It’s been a month or two more. No noticeable improvement yet but am optimistic seeing as the shedding phase came and went as they stated
